CURRENT CANON POINT: Mid-episode five, after she first leaves home, before meeting Bruce.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A disarmingly petite teenage girl, with adorable dimples, long, curly hair, and great, big teeth. Don't worry, you'll probably only see those if she's really angry, and it will be over soon--her fangs only grow when provoked. What she can't hide are her strangely bright eyes, so saturated that the browns look red, and the long, white nails.
DEMEANOR: Tempestuous. When she is happy, she is downright gleeful, and when angry, an absolute rage. While she isn't actually a child anymore, a sheltered life and hormonal extremes can make her still seem very childish. She's trying to work against that and train herself into more maturity that doesn't come naturally, informed by the restrained social etiquette of the early 20th century.
ABILITIES: Increased speed, strength and senses. Can read minds and communicate telepathically, and block the same from other telepaths. Incredibly durable with a kind if accelerated healing, where her body will always try to maintain the state in which she was first turned--even her hair will reset rapidly from a trim, though it won't otherwise grow. Claudia is formidable for a human, but a young and comparably weak vampire whose unique talents are tied to her limitations. Stuck in perpetual puberty as a vampire leads to an increased bloodlust from a heightened metabolism, and dangerous hormonal bursts that can lead to a shriek powerful enough to break glass.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Vampires are dead, but incredibly resilient. If you really want to hurt her, she has to be left to burn in the sun. She does have to rely on living blood to sustain her, though can survive an incredibly long time without eating if otherwise unharmed.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Claudia is more likely to react curiously to intimidating or frightening things. It takes a lot of intimacy to really get under her skin.
IC PERMISSIONS
MENTAL: Other characters can read her mind, and she's fairly easy to coerce. However, she is also a natural telepath, and can block telepathic communication. Let's talk about it if their abilities might mix in an interesting way!
MIMICRY: Being impersonated would probably delight her, until you started making her look like a dumb kid. Careful.
VIOLENCE: Claudia is strong enough to overwhelm an adult, human man, and has no reluctance to get downright savage. If you pick a fight with her, prepare to bleed, and for her to enjoy it. She is fragile, though! Again, if there are other supernatural abilities at play, we'll have to talk about how they mix.
MAGIC: Go for it. If there's any vampire-related lore in your magic character's background, let's get weird.
